Financial operations
How to submit an application for withdrawal from the account?
Withdrawal of money resources of the Client can be made on the basis of his (her) application which is submitted to the Finance department of the company through his (her) Personal Area.
What is the amount of fees for replenishment/withdrawal from my account?
«FBS» Company does not collect payments for replenishment. A client pays fees to that system or bank he (she) uses for carrying out the operations on replenishment/withdrawal from the account.
What is the minimum deposit value?
According to the pay scale the minimum size of a deposit is $100.
Personal Area
I have registered in the Personal Area (PA), but have not received the notice by e-mail. What is to be done in this case?
Probably, the spam-filter has accepted the letter-notice for a spam-letter. Also it is necessary to check up settings of filtering of letters in the mail client.
If at registration you have used e-mail received from a free service, we do not guarantee delivery of letters in such services. Whenever possible use e-mail which you have received for the provider, since you can control money assets through your PA.
In any case you can enter into your Personal Area immediately after registration.
Why I cannot enter my Personal Area?
There can be several reasons:
- Safety settings on your PC hamper to enter into PA. Try to disable firewall or to enter the Personal Area from other computer.
- Probably, you enter an incorrect account number or the password.
If after numerous attempts you have failed to enter into PA, contact your locale Company operator on a freephone or ask question in on-line chat on www.fbs.com site.
How can I change deposit currency on my account?
Changing deposit currency is impossible. You can open a new account having specified necessary currency of the deposit at registration.
We pay your attention, that transfer between trading accounts with various currency of the deposit is not performed also.
Can I get to my Personal Area at a change password in the terminal?
The login and the password of your Personal Area do not depend on the data entered in a point-of-sale terminal, therefore access to PA remains available even at a change password in the terminal.

What I have to do at bad connection with a server?
In this case you should call operator of the company, phone 8 (800) …. Having named your login and password to the terminal, make transactions and control orders according to plan of a telephone conversation.
At start of the terminal there is a message «No connection». What I have to do in this case?
The reasons can be as follows:
- There is no connection with the Internet.
- Port 443 of your network is blocked and the output in the Internet is carried out through a proxy. In this case it is necessary to specify the address of a proxy and port for an output to the Internet, then to register this address in terminal settings: menu Service - Settings - Server - check «Enable a proxy» - press the button «proxy...» - register the address, proxy port, login and password.
- Firewall program on your computer (anti-virus software) blocks 443 port. Windows firewall is the firewall program as well. In this case, it is necessary to enter the name of the terminal to the list of enabled programs or to open 443 port.
- Your version of the terminal has become outdated. If it so, it is necessary to update the terminal. The current version of your terminal is displayed in FBS Тrader 4, menu «Help» - «About the program». The new version of the terminal could be found on www.fbs.com site in section «Trading conditions: trading platforms».
How to register a demo account, if the terminal does not display empty messages in the fields for login and password?
It is necessary to eliminate the following reasons:
- Port 443 of your network is blocked and the output in the Internet is carried out through a proxy. In this case it is necessary to specify the address of a proxy and port for an output to the Internet, then to register this address in terminal settings: menu «Service» – «Settings» – «Server» - check «Enable a proxy» - press the button «proxy...» - register the address, proxy port, login and password.
- Firewall program on your computer (anti-virus software) blocks 443 port. Windows firewall is the firewall program as well. In this case, it is necessary to enter the name of the terminal to the list of enabled programs or to open 443 port.
Why history of transactions disappears in my terminal?
Probably, you have older version of FBS Trader 4 (it is possible to check up version of your terminal in «Help» - «About the program» menu). The last version of the terminal can be downloaded on www.fbs.com site in section «For trader: trading platforms».
Probably, the cause is malfunction of system time in your PC, and the system shows some date in the past. The terminal enquires only a current system date and time.
To eliminate the problem, you have to enquire all history – by the tab «Account history», right-click and select «All history».
How to create/change the password of the investor?
The password of the investor for the demo account is generated automatically at setting up of the account and goes together with the main password by internal FBS Trader 4 mail.
The password of the investor for real accounts is created by the owner of a trading account himself.
For creation/change of the password of the investor it is necessary:
- In FBS Trader in «Service» menu - «Settings» - «Server», press the button «Change»;
- Enter the main (master) password in the field «Current password»;
- Check «Substitute the password of the investor (read only)»;
- Enter the new password of the investor twice.
Thus the new password should consist not less than of five characters, and not less two of three types of representation - lower case, capitals and digits;
- Press «ОК». If everything is OK, there will be an automatic authorization on the account under the password of the investor
What is the period of validity of my demo account? Whether is it possible to increase it?
Validity term of demo-account is 90 days from the moment of registration. You are able to open up to 5 demo-accounts at a time.
What is the amount of Internet traffic through the terminal?
The amount of Internet traffic used depends on several parameters:
- Quantity of received tics. Each tic occupies 14 byte of the information. However a considerable quantity of simultaneously coming tics can be compressed and take less place. Thus, the larger quantity of instruments involved in market review, and the larger number of operations on each instrument, then traffic is larger too. At increase in intensity of instruments, traffics does not increase in direct ratio, but decreases due to flow compression.
- Size of swapped data on opened instruments or periods. At opening of the schedule or period change, there is an automatic swapping of history from the moment of last data session which consumes 44 bytes on each swapped bar.
- News stream.
- Inquiries of history - 224 bytes on each record.
- Trading inquiries.
- Confidential information.
It is necessary to remember, that the main way of lowering of the used traffic is closing of all unnecessary schedules and removal all unused instruments from «Market review» window.
